Please visit https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine for more information.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our API team focused on the development of autologous cell therapies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge process development aimed at advancing treatments for hematological and solid tumor malignancies.\rResponsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support process improvement initiatives and assist with technology integration to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
  • Leading the execution of experiments related to process development.
  • Identifying and presenting relevant literature to the project team.
  • Evaluate pumping technologies for pharmaceutical drug product processes.
  • Collecting, recording, interpreting, and presenting experimental data appropriately.
  • Coordinating testing schedules, presenting results, and authoring reports.
  • Communicating progress to supervisors.\rAt the culmination of the internship, the intern will have gained:
    • \r
    • Exposure to the pharmaceutical industry.
    • General knowledge of the late-stage process development lifecycle, including tech transfer and CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) development activities.
    • Collaboration with cross-functional teams on projects that align with clinical programs and commercial manufacturing goals.\r\r
