SPM Strategic Partnerships and Process Optimization serves as a key
partner to the Head, SPM Team, shaping the organization's
submission capabilities and coordinating project management roles
to optimize submission processes. Key responsibilities include
identifying and implementing new technologies to enhance submission
capabilities, establishing and tracking goals and performance
indicators, and nurturing relationships with internal and external
stakeholders to secure support for SPM solutions. The role also
involves overseeing the development and communication of training
materials, conducting training sessions, and providing mentorship
to team members. Additionally, the individual will engage
stakeholders, support change management initiatives, and foster
collaboration among cross-functional teams to drive continuous
improvement within the SPM team/SubX. Performance reporting and
evaluating the effectiveness of new tools are also critical to
ensuring successful submission project management practices.\rKey
