Job Description:
A company is looking for a Qualified Success Architect to
oversee the implementation and adoption of their Conversational
Marketing Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework and
document technical requirements
Establish consultative relationships with client business units and
provide coaching on Conversational Marketing
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and analyze customer health
scores to achieve renewal targets
Required Qualifications
3+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
Knowledge in web/scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript
Bachelor's degree is required
