We are committed to compliance, integrity, and customer satisfaction, and we are looking for a skilled BSA Analyst to join our team.Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive BSA Analyst to support our Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) compliance program. This hybrid role combines the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative environment of our Stamford office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BSA/AML regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze transactions for potential suspicious activity, ensuring compliance with BSA/AML regulations.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and prepare detailed reports of suspicious activity for review by management and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of compliance-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of BSA policies and procedures.
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to BSA/AML compliance.
  • Provide training and support to staff on BSA compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Participate in periodic BSA/AML audits and examinations.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for BSA compliance and reporting activities.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in BSA/AML compliance or a similar role within the banking industry.
    • Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, including the USA PATRIOT Act and FinCEN requirements.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and BSA/AML compliance software.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work setting.
