In this role you will work closely with the SVP Commercial Operations What You'll Do

• The intern will assist in the planning and execution of internal communication assets related to Syneos offerings; our goal is to create Cliff's Notes summaries of some of our key product offerings and departmental overviews so that colleagues have a starting place for key information.
• Other work to be assigned as needed in support of the internal project objectives.
• Position will provide exposure to multiple elements of the US Deployment Solutions organization and multiple established projects and project teams.Your Skills & ExpertiseWe are seeking someone who is interested in a challenge! Our summer project is run by three "Type A" senior leaders who have high expectations but love to make challenging projects fun. We need someone who has an inquisitive mind, is not easily intimidated, likes asking questions, is a skilled writer, and while we will provide significant guidance and air cover - you need to be able to work independently.The skills you want to hone include:
  • Comprehension: ability to understand main ideas and key points and to capture them in meeting recaps/notes
  • Critical Thinking: ability to identify what information is essential and what can be omitted
  • Conciseness: you are able to be brief and to the point, avoiding unnecessary details
  • Organization: you love presenting information in a logical order
  • Clarity: you enjoy when your final product is easy to understand.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, highly creative, strategic thinker, self-motivated, ability to solve problems
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Flexible and able to effectively plan and manager ones' own time to work on multiple projects
  • Past internship experience or project work in communications a plus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteCandidates must be a minimum of a Rising Junior and currently enrolled full time in Spring/Summer or Spring/Fall '25 semesters. The Commercial Summer Intern Program runs from May 19, 2025 to August 8, 2025 and all positions will work full time (up to 40 hours per week). The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24-$28/hr. and will vary based on the candidate's semesters completed in school.
