This position will support a flawless brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementation, on time, on cost and on scope for the MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and our Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network attached to strategic MAKE sites. The replacement of the WMS is a key strategic Initiative within the NA HMD area that will upgrade aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and become the cornerstone for future transformation of our distribution capabilities for the customer. This project will lay the groundwork for the development and deployment of key capabilities (People, Process, Automation, and Technology) to improve efficiency and effectiveness, whilst keeping our customer's needs central to what we do. Apply now for this exciting opportunity!The MLC Analytics Sr. Digital Product Specialist will be responsible for driving the curation, reporting, and analytics built off the new WMS. This is inclusive of transitioning existing capabilities to the new WMS data, as well as developing new analytics capabilities using the data from the new system.This project will lay the foundation for the Tier 1 Distribution Centers Global Template.Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete a thorough assessment of Memphis Distribution Center curated data, analytics, and reporting landscape in relation to the existing WMS
  • Partner with operations to understand existing and emerging process / analytics / performance management needs based upon new WMS design and incorporate them into requirements for analytics solutions.
  • Develop a detailed analytics roadmap to facilitate the transition to the new WMS data
  • Build proof-of-concept curated datasets, serving as the intermediate layer (silver medallion layer datasets) for downstream analytics use cases
  • Partner with the Johnson and Johnson Technology (JJT) to translate proof-of-concept curated datasets into a sustainable infrastructure
  • Coordinate cut over of existing dashboards to new WMS datasets and support build of new dashboards to improve DC efficiency, improve service, and reduce cost
  • Lead seamless analytics product delivery, including managing risks effectively, identifying potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.
  • Effectively prepare and communicate product development status
  • Upskill distribution partners to drive adoption of new capabilities and retire old applications\r\r
