Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supplier Specialist I to support
vendor enrollment activities and facilitate electronic payment
processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to vendors and address their concerns
regarding payment acceptance
Maintain and update vendor data in CRM and spreadsheets, monitoring
enrollment status
Gather payment instructions and required information for the
AgentPay team
Required Qualifications and Education:
6 months of relevant customer support experience
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
Positive attendance record in academic and/or prior work
history
Prior work experience in a remote or work-from-home environment
preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced
environment
