strong MDS Coordinator.

Must Have experience as an MDS Coordinator
Must have long term care experience
Responsibilities:
Complete assessments MDS and care plans for all residents
assigned.
Monitors completion of MDSs by other disciplines within trimeframes
by regulatory guidelines.
Attend weekly IDC meetings.
Proficient in Point Click Care
