Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer Caller to participate in a
remote calling campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls while maintaining productivity and
enthusiasm
Engage effectively with members and master campaign workflows and
scripts
Update member information and notate conversations in the call
system
Required Qualifications
Experience as a member of a Medicare Advantage Plan
Passion for helping people and serving others
Flexible schedule with availability for a minimum of two hours
during the day
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Commitment to a drug-free workplace and readiness for background
checks
