We have current Home Health Aide / Habilitation Technician / Direct Support Professional openings in the following locations: READING, PA BLANDON, PA AND MORE ALL AROUND BERKS COUNTY! BAYADA offers Direct Support Professionals: Paid Clearances, Training, and Orientation Weekly pay, and PTO Flexible scheduling and short commute times Positive and stable work environment and the tools you need to do your job Scholarship, Reward, and Recognition opportunities 24/7 on-call manager support Job Responsibilities of a Home Care Direct Support Professional: Accompany clients into the community, on errands, and to appointments Spend time on your client's favorite hobbies and activities Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation Participate in community integration activities Qualifications for DSPs: High school diploma or equivalent 1+ year experience working with I/DD individuals preferred but not required - we provide training!
