Job Description:
A company is looking for a Scientist in Molecular Design within
the Computational & Data Sciences team.
Key Responsibilities
Design focus libraries and productionize library design methods
using proprietary ML models
Develop metrics to assess and improve library designs
Extract insights from large proprietary screening datasets in
collaboration with data scientists and cheminformaticians
Required Qualifications
BS/MS/Ph.D in computational, organic, or medicinal chemistry, or a
related field
Experience designing small-molecule libraries for virtual screens,
DEL screens, and/or HTS
Experience triaging large datasets from virtual screens, DEL
screens, and/or HTS
Proficient in Python and the PyData stack (numpy, pandas, scipy,
scikit-learn, etc.)
Familiarity with RDKit and molecular simulation suites
(Schrodinger, MOE, etc.)
