Key Responsibilities
Facilitate discussions and consensus-building among client
stakeholders
Conduct user experience and market research to identify innovation
opportunities
Plan and conduct workshops for strategic guidance on product
development
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in leading the design and development of
successful digital products
Ability to synthesize business, market, and technical
information
Strong leadership skills with high emotional intelligence
Compassionate curiosity about user motivations regarding
technology
Experience in project extension and expansion support for sales and
client accounts
