Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Advisor to assist customers
with their mortgage loan inquiries and provide loan options.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information about mortgage loans and explain
potential solutions to customers
Assist customers in choosing appropriate loan programs and
facilitate loan applications
Ensure exceptional customer experience by overseeing the loan
process from origination to close
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
High School Diploma/GED required; some college or equivalent
preferred
Must obtain and maintain NMLS licensure
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with SAFE
licensing requirements
Previous mortgage or customer service experience preferred, but not
required
Self-starter with a goal-oriented approach to customer service
