position is located in Melville, NY and is required to be
onsite.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and onboarding process for
multiple Sales Managers
- Provide regular updates to each assigned Manager, highlighting
progress of candidates through hiring pipeline
- Assist candidates through all aspects of hiring and onboarding
processes
- Work with sales managers on candidate interview
preparation
- Keep detailed records of progress for all pipeline candidates
in company's SMARTSHEET program
- Ongoing coordination with Company's National Licensing and
Hiring teamsThe base salary range for this position is
$41,000-$57,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills,
experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay,
Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base
salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive
compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends
on level and functional area of responsibility.For eligible

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1 years of experience in business workplace is
