Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Services Intake Specialist to
assist members with balance bill inquiries and setup.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist members with initial balance bill setup and respond to
related inquiries
Accurately enter member balance bill information into the
database
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve
issues and obtain necessary documentation
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree
preferred
2+ years of experience in a customer service position, preferably
in healthcare
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience in healthcare or billing environments is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
