Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Accountant to analyze
financial information and prepare reports while providing
accounting guidance to various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accounting due diligence on potential merger and
acquisition targets
Research accounting issues and prepare recommendations for
management
Ensure proper execution of key SOX controls and coordinate with
auditors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
CPA required
5+ years of accounting experience required
Experience with SEC reporting, FDICIA, and SOX desired
Excellent knowledge of US GAAP
