Job Description:
*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will
provide high-quality therapy services to patients in a Day Care
setting. The Occupational Therapist will focus on improving
patients' ability to perform daily activities and enhance their
overall quality of life through tailored treatment plans and
interventions.*Responsibilities** Conduct comprehensive assessments
of patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.* Develop
and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
and goals.* Utilize therapeutic techniques to assist patients in
improving their functional abilities.* Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, nurses, and
physicians, to ensure coordinated care.* Document patient progress
and modify treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal
outcomes.* *Qualifications** Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
from an accredited program.* Current state licensure or eligibility
for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.* Experience in
geriatrics, skilled nursing facilities, or home health preferred.*
Strong knowledge of physiology and its application in therapeutic
interventions.* Excellent communication skills for effective
interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.*
