belong.The Global Head, Medical Affairs Strategy & Execution
Neuroscience will be responsible to support the strategic execution
of global medical affairs activities for the assigned areas. They
will directly support the medical affairs strategies, in addition
to leading key scientific congress medical affairs activities,
external scientific engagement, broad operational execution using
industry leading approaches, oversee the execution of pre-approval
access programs and support the overall Therapeutic Area (TA)
medical affairs budget. They will also lead a team of asset and
disease area focused team members in supporting the planning and
execution of the global medical affairs strategy and
activities.\rThe Global Head of Medical Affairs Strategy and
Execution is a key role in the Global Medical Affairs team. They
are accountable for supporting the overall execution and planning
of medical affairs strategies and tactics including oversight of
the integrated evidence and generation plans, scientific
communication (Core Asset Themes, scientific communication
platforms, global publication plans and R&D publication
execution, internal knowledge exchange and dissemination, R&D
congress planning and execution, external insights gathering (i.e.
advisory boards and KOL engagements) and support of early pipeline
assets. They are accountable for ensuring compliant execution of
medical affairs strategies.\r
