Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and guide a team of BCBAs, providing mentorship, support, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment." Program Development: Design and implement effective, ethical behavior intervention programs tailored to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring clinical integrity the highest quality of care." Clinical Oversight: Conduct regular assessments and analyses to monitor progress, making data-driven decisions to enhance intervention strategies." Staff Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the clinical team." Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services, promoting a holistic approach to client care." Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standards of service delivery." Opportunities are available throughout NJ, PA, DE, MA, VA, CT and AZ.Required Experience and Education:" Obtained certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board." Leadership experience highly preferred." A minimum of 3 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs as a BCBA; exceptions may be made." Clinical expertise of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions." Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms" It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and/or lifting."
