Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Waterview Hills Rehabilitation & Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist will provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans. This will include assessing residents' physical abilities, developing and implementing treatment plans, and evaluating progress.

Responsibilities

• 
  
• Assess residents' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their treatment plans
  
• Evaluate residents' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  
• Supervise and train physical therapy assistants as needed
  
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents' treatment plans and progress
  
  
  Requirements
  
  
  • 
    
  • Current licensure and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NY
    
  • Current malpractice insurance and licensure in good standing
    
  • Dedicated to providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
