Job Description:
The Product Management team drives Asana's product strategy and
execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a
compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver
impactful solutions for team productivity and collaboration. We're
helping to define the Work Management category and inventing new
ways for teams to work more efficiently together and see the larger
purpose behind their work. Our team works directly with
Engineering, Design, Experience Research, and Data Science, as well
as with Sales, Support, and Marketing to ship great products.
You'll take part in every type of product work here - from strategy
to product to process improvements - conceptualizing, launching,
and iterating on Asana itself for millions of teams around the
world.We are looking for an experienced, senior product manager for
our core product teams to build the best-in-class work management
experiences for our biggest global customers. -You're an
experienced product leader who has deep empathy for
enterprise-grade customers, who excels in conducting and applying
complex, systems-level thinking. In this role, you will be building
out automated work scheduling, automated collaboration features,
and complex dependency management functionality for the world's
most successful companies, non-profits, and universities. You'll be
building out Asana's complex work management features that affect
millions of global knowledge workers, and you'll be applying the
latest LLM technologies to help the world's enterprises
automatically create dependencies and relationships between their
work, schedule projects that require coordination and dependencies
between global teams. You'll be helping executives and teams
visualize the dependencies that affect successful execution and
delivery against an organization's strategy. You and your team will
also be using AI to flag risks that even humans can't, to get ahead
of potential failure modes. -You thrive on cross-functional
collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design,
user research, product marketing, product leadership, and the rest
of our PM team.This role is based in our New York City office with
an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work
from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on
the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If

deliver a compelling roadmap that delivers value for
enterprise-level customers -Partner closely with Product Design to
create an enterprise software experience that's intuitive and dead
simple -Create a product strategy to balance multiple priorities
and use cases across customers, product teams, and enterprise-level
complianceMaximize clarity by bringing a data-driven mindset to
setting concrete goals and milestonesPartner with engineering,
design, and other functions to execute on roadmaps with high
velocityAbout you5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Background in building for complex data models and visualizations,
human-centric UX, and B2B platform or enterprise experience
preferred.Systems thinker: You can conceptualize the complex web of
relationships between work dependencies and time data, how that
affects scheduling and coordination among global workforces, and
how these disparate connections should create a logical software
experience. You feel just as comfortable modeling data
relationships in a technical diagram, just as well as you can
partner with Design to walk stakeholders through a holistic UX
flow. -Strategic: You inspire the company by creating bold,
intuitive work connections within the platform and scoping them to
solve the most critical customer problems.Get Stuff Done:
Youcreate, flex, and evangelize a roadmap; thoughtfully break down
projects to MVPs and iterative projects to ship with high velocity

customer personas; dig into the roots of customer needs; synthesize

problem.Communication and collaboration: You partner with
cross-functional teammates to deliver high-quality results. You
speak with clarity and write sharp product specs. You are highly
comfortable getting into deep technical discussions with engineers
about the pros and cons of different approaches, and you pair with
design on complex user flows.Grow Team Asana: You are a mentor for

pay equity audit.For this role, the estimated base salary range is
between $202,000-$258,000. The actual base salary will vary based
on various factors, including market and individual qualifications
objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range
above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may
be modified.In addition to base salary, your compensation package
may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive
