This two-year program serves as a remarkable platform for individuals who possess an unyielding desire to lead, a strong appetite for continuous learning, and a steadfast adherence to our values of diversity, inclusion, and perseverance. Core Responsibilities

  • As a member of the CLDP, you will have the privilege to acquire practical experience across critical sectors of Human Health: US Pharma, US Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, US Vaccines, or US Oncology.
  • You will utilize your comprehension of our company's operations, financial performance, and industry dynamics to instigate improvements at individual, team, and organizational strata.
  • Your position will empower you to influence without authority and construct persuasive arguments to secure acceptance of your initiatives and commitment to actions that enhance our work outcomes.
  • You will be urged to transcend the status quo and take immediate action to attain work objectives, while adhering to our stringent compliance standards.

  • Prior consultation or stakeholder management experience in a cross-functional capacity is beneficial. Candidate Profile You are the ideal candidate if you possess:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS).
  • Minimum of 5 years of prior full-time, professional work experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales.
  • Superior leadership and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in English.
  • A readiness to travel up to 50% for sales rotations is imperative. Nice to have, but not essential:
  • Master of Science in Marketing, MBA, or Masters in a Business-Related Discipline.
  • Experience in product launch or launch planning.
