Job Summary

We seek a passionate Abbott P-3 Certified Teacher to provide high-quality instruction to preschool-aged children in compliance with Abbott program standards and NJ state regulations. The teacher will create a nurturing, engaging learning environment that fosters students' development.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of Center Director, the Abbott P-3 certified Teacher will manage and direct an Abbott preschool classroom
Expected to follow the daily schedule, supervise and work in conjunction with the Teacher Assistant and follow the mandated curriculum
The job requires good judgement, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, following licensing standards, and maintaining required documentation/paperwork as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with P-3 Standard certification preferred or CE, CEAS.
Bilingual preferred. Minimum two years of experience working with preschool children in an Abbott district at minimum.
Knowledge of Teaching Strategies Gold and Tools of the Mind curriculum.

Preferred:

Creative Curriculum experience, bilingual (Spanish/English).
