https://www.jnj.com/Purpose: Position OverviewThe Senior Financial
Analyst, Strategy and Transformation, will assist in building the
necessary framework to ensure a successful execution of our global
transformation. They will work closely with other members of the
Strategy and Transformation Operating Committee (TOC) as well as
Regional, Platform and Network partners. A strategic business
mindset coupled with effective financial tracking is critical for
success in the role.The Sr. Finance Analyst will support the
overall JJMT Surgery Transformation finance team focusing on
activities and initiatives related to portfolio shaping and Network
optimization.Key Objectives and Responsibilities:
- Track, forecast and manage key operating metrics (e.g. NTS, GP,
OPEX) related to portfolio transformation and Network
optimization
- Partner with regional finance teams to understand potential
impacts of portfolio transformation efforts across all
platforms
- Leverage key systems to develop and report on key performance
indicators (KPIs) to drive valuable insights to business partners
and finance leadership
- Assist in analyzing and consolidating an end-to-end financial
model for NTS and margin improvements including Commercial metrics,
stranded costs, Supply Chain metrics, and other cost
efficiencies
- Management of portfolio workstream transformation budget
including accurate reporting of accounting items
- Lead initiative reporting and analytics related to
transformation initiatives on the end-to-end management
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analyticsQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferably with a major in Finance,
Economics, Data Analytics or Accounting
- A minimum three (3) years finance or related business
experience is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required (i.e. Pivot
Tables, Formulas, VLOOKUP functions)
- Demonstrated experience in ability to partner with associates
at all levels of the organization is required
- Strong communications, framing presentation skills; along with
solid interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills are
required
- Highly motivated individual with strong forward thinking
analytical skills, creating problem-solving track-record and
intellectual curiosity is required
- Must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to
recommend and implement process improvements, work independently
and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

range for this position is :100,000-124,200Additional Description
for Pay Transparency:The Company maintains highly competitive,
performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines,
this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in
accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual
performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive
to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and
the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year.
Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual
basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to
participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit
programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and
long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal
insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the
