Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Tax Analyst (TA) as part of its US Country Tax Center (US CTC). The position is available within Direct Tax Reporting and Compliance group. • \r
• Prepare quarterly and forecast tax provisions in accordance with US GAAP requirements.
• Assists with inter-period tax provision and allocation under ASC 740 / FIN 48, records temporary and permanent differences between income for financial and tax purposes and maintains tax basis balance sheets for deferred tax calculations.
• Assist with federal and state tax research as needed.
• Assist with federal and state tax audits and related matters as needed.
• Maintains accurate documentation and testing of procedures to ensure adequate internal controls and to satisfy requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley Act Section 404.
• Assists with special projects to implement tax strategies and/or document and support current tax positions.\r\r\r
