accountable for leading the procurement of CCFS categories globally
for Johnson & Johnson, representing approximately $4B in external
spend and $2B in capital expenditures.The role's scope of
responsibilities include:
- Determine business needs globally in the categories, and devise
Procurement strategies to advance those priorities
- Identify industry trends that Procurement must build into its
category strategies to ensure sustainable relevance to Johnson &
Johnson's workforce strategy
- Lead and develop the category team, responsible for global
category strategy development and implementation, and key supplier
management, for the relevant categories
- Lead major strategic negotiations for owned categories on
behalf of Johnson & Johnson
- Coordinate with senior business leaders within J&J to
ensure alignment with business strategies
- Participate in the Indirect Services Procurement Leadership
Team, to provide leadership and drive an inclusive culture across
the global team
- Shape performance targets for the Indirect Services Procurement
organization across the balanced scorecard and ensure target
achievement
- Own and lead category strategy development and
implementation
- Own and lead key global supplier relationships
- Attract, retain, develop, and motivate talent in the team
- Build relationships with key business stakeholdersRequired
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Required minimum education: Bachelors Degree, MBA, or further
advanced degree is desirable
- 10 years related experience
- 10+ years of relevant people management experience
- Demonstrated global expertise in Capital, Construction and
Facility Services Management
- Strong business acumen - the ability to understand challenges
through the eyes of the business leaders
- Influencing skills - the ability to persuade others to change
behavior in pursuit of a common goal
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills at the senior
executive level, as well as with peers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to confidently present complex information to senior
executives
- Broad-based understanding of core procurement areas of focus
(spend management, category management and supplier
management)
- Strong project and change management capabilities
- Demonstrated learning agility, and the ability to improve both
yourself and the people around you
- 10% international and domestic travel requiredPreferred

- Global Experience in Capital, Construction and Facility
Services Procurement
- Ability to present to large audiences
- Proven track record in attracting and developing talent

- High level of credibility with internal customers, and with the

- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and

- Multi-country and Multi-industry experience with experience

range for this position is : 173,000.00 - 299,000.00 USD
AnnuallyAdditional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company
maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation
programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for
an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the
applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus
intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results
by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over
a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's
discretion on an individual basis.
